Adolescence is a tricky and challenging time for teenagers as their brain is going through massive changes, which means that parents need to look at things a little differently to support their child's development. This workshop will shed light on why teenagers think, feel and behave the way they do.

The reasons teenagers self harm is complicated. Sometimes a teenager might not even know the reasons. This workshop will help you understand why a teenager self harms and what you as a parent can do to help.

Managing anxiety in teenagers

Anxiety isn't exclusive to adults. Almost a third of teenagers in the UK have a form of anxiety disorder. This workshop will show you what signs and symptoms to look out for so that you can help manage the anxiety and support your child through this difficult period of their life.
