Welcome — I'm Kathy Shaw, an integrative therapist and clinical supervisor registered with the BACP. ​I work as both a counsellor and a therapist, providing supportive counselling as well as therapeutic interventions depending on the client's needs. 

I offer a calm, supportive space where we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface and begin to make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My aim is to help you feel mentally lighter by addressing the root causes of your struggles — not just the symptoms. 

My approach is trauma-informed and depth-focused, creating a safe space where thoughts, emotions and patterns can be explored gently and with curiosity. Together we work to:

  • Reduce anxiety and overwhelm

  • Develop emotional resilience

  • Build a stronger sense of internal safety

  • Cultivate greater self-trust and self-understanding

Over time, this work helps many people feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

I offer support to adults, teenagers and therapists in Northwich, at  Rosebank Wellbeing Centre, Witton Street and Online therapy sessions are also available.
