Choosing a counsellor, therapist, or clinical supervisor is a deeply personal decision. This website exists to help you sense whether the way I work — my values, my pace, and my approach — feels right for you.
If you are looking for a professional counsellor or therapist for adults or teenagers, or a reflective and ethical clinical supervisor, this space is here to support you in making an informed and grounded choice.
Clarity matters. Not every counsellor, therapist, or supervisor is the right fit for every person — and that’s not a failure, it’s a sign of ethical and responsible practice.
Counselling for Adults, Teenagers & Clinical Supervision
This website is for you if you are seeking a counsellor or therapist who offers compassionate, ethical, and relational counselling, or a clinical supervisor who values depth and reflection.
You may be someone who:
Values warmth, integrity, and relational depth
Is looking for a counsellor or therapist who works at your pace
Feels tired of surface-level therapy or quick fixes
Wants to feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard
Understands that therapy for anxiety, trauma, or low self-worth takes time
You may be navigating:
Anxiety or overthinking
Childhood trauma or emotional neglect
Low self-esteem or shame
Relationship or attachment difficulties
Parenting or family challenges
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected
Whether you are seeking an adult counsellor, teen therapist, or counselling support, you don’t need to have the “right words” — we work things out together, at your pace.
Clinical Supervision for Counsellors & Therapists
For counsellors, therapists, and helping professionals, I offer clinical supervision grounded in ethical, reflective, and relational practice.
You may be looking for a clinical supervisor who:
Provides a safe and thoughtful space to reflect on client work
Respects your professional judgement as a counsellor or therapist
Supports both your clinical practice and personal wellbeing
Offers supervision that is collaborative rather than directive
What You May Be Tired Of in Counselling or Supervision
Many people who reach out to a counsellor, therapist, or clinical supervisor are quietly exhausted by experiences that haven’t quite fit.
You may be tired of:
Being given advice that doesn’t reflect the complexity of your life
Feeling analysed, managed, or rushed in therapy
Being told what you should feel or do
Counselling that feels overly clinical, detached, or transactional
Feeling pressure to “perform progress” in therapy or supervision
You may simply want a safe, calm space with a counsellor, therapist, or supervisor where you can show up as you are — without judgement or pressure.
What I Don’t Offer as a Counsellor or Therapist
As a counsellor, therapist, and clinical supervisor, I don’t offer:
Quick fixes or guaranteed outcomes
One-size-fits-all counselling or therapy
Directive coaching that tells you how to live your life
“Just think differently” approaches that ignore emotional depth
Work that overlooks trauma, context, or relational experience
If you’re looking for a counsellor or therapist to fix you or tell you what to do, this may not be the right space — and that’s okay.
What I Am Committed To
As a counsellor, therapist, and clinical supervisor, I am deeply committed to:
Ethical, reflective, and compassionate counselling and supervision
Creating a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship
Supporting adults, teenagers, counsellors, and therapists
Working collaboratively and at your pace
Honouring your autonomy, boundaries, and lived experience
Ongoing professional development and reflective supervision
My role as your counsellor, therapist, or supervisor is not to define you or direct you — but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experience.
A Grounded Approach to Counselling & Supervision
This website reflects how I work as a counsellor, therapist, and clinical supervisor: grounded, ethical, and human.
It isn’t designed to appeal to everyone — it’s designed to connect with those who are looking for meaningful counselling, therapy, or clinical supervision, rather than quick solutions.
If something here feels steady rather than urgent, calm rather than pushy — that may matter.
And if it doesn’t feel right, I respect that too. Finding the right counsellor, therapist, or clinical supervisor is important.
